The Classical Music Shop was established in 2003 with the aim of providing classical musicians of all ages (particularly string players), in the Great Southern Region, with the range and quality of product, knowledge and service previously only available to them in Perth.

Julie Parish is the proprietor of The Classical Music Shop. She is a cellist and has been a strings specialist for 15 years. She has taught young beginning students; adult students and TEE students and has conducted and directed orchestras and student chamber groups. She is the cellist with the Albany String Quartet.
